Can we import our data from our existing DMS?
As part of our setup process we assist with importing the following data as long as you have a way to export the data in a structured format (Excel, text, csv):
- customers and associated contact information (address, phone, email)
- units for sale
- unit owned by customers
- parts
At this time, we cannot import older service records or sales transactions. And while developing a method to accommodate this is something we are considering, most older systems don’t have a way for you to even get this data out of the older systems. Different software systems structure this data in different ways and exporting this information in a structured format would be challenging and not something they typically offer.

Is there a contract?
At DealerRock, we believe in delivering value. If we aren’t delivering a system that you love we don’t believe in holding you hostage. As such, we DO NOT require contracts for our services. You can cancel at anytime by giving us a 60 day notice of cancellation.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a setup fee for all new accounts depending on the account type.
Sales or Service Only: $1500

Are there maintenance costs or upgrade charges?
There are NO maintenance costs or upgrade costs. Because DealerRock is truly cloud-based, there’s never anything to upgrade on your end. You always have the latest features at your fingertips!
Do you have a sandbox or demo login that I can access?
We do have a sandbox store that you can access. Reach out to our team and we can get you setup with the correct access based on your needs.
